 Three E’s of Faith.

Matthew 13:44-46 ESV “The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and covered up. Then in his joy he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field. “Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant in search of fine pearls, who, on finding one pearl of great value, went and sold all that he had and bought it.

Experience Christ—Everyone needs to have and Experience with Christ. To find that treasure in the field. To come across the pearl of great value. [Matthew 13:44-46] In doing so, one will encounter the availability of incomparable riches. Riches that are available, but at the cost of selling all to buy in. Doing this will:

Enrich your life—When you buy the field, you are in possession of the treasure—and the same with the pearl of great value. Selling all you have to buy in doesn’t compare to the riches you receive after saying YES to Christ. You become an heir to an inheritance that will never perish. You become a child of the King who not only owns the cattle on a thousand hills, but owns the hills as well. The earth is the Lord’s and everything in it. When you say YES to Jesus, you gain access to all that belongs to the King. Better than that, you become a rightful user of said properties—and not the enemy. The enemy is a thief—you are an Heir. This enriches your life. But all the riches in the world are useless to you if you never spend them. God blesses you, by his great love, so you can:

Extend God’s Love—You Experience Christ, and you Enrich your life, but not to horde. God blessed you with great mercy and love, now Extend that to others. He forgave you—so forgive others as He has forgiven you. He poured His love out to you, so you go and do likewise. It has been said that a Christian is nothing more than a beggar showing another beggar where to get the bread. When you have Experienced such great value found in Christ, and realize how much value that brings as it Enriches your life—complete the ministry cycle by sharing that with others through Extending God’s love. When you complete round one, you will move on to Experience new things in Christ, which will Enrich your life, which gives you new ways to Extend God’s love. Then you can move on to another cycle, and so on. You will find there is always someone a cycle ahead of you, who is Extending what God has Enriched them with; you will always have someone a cycle behind you with whom you can Extend what God has Enriched you with. The Cycle is continuous, which produces true discipleship, and helps in molding lives into the image of Christ.
